Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. Exercise makes us happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is great for flexibility and improving breathing. It is important to avoid junk food, and to drink plenty of water, if we wish lose weight.

Finally, we talked about sleep. Sleep is one the most important things we do every single day. When we don't get enough sleep, we tend to become tired and stressed. This leads to problems such as headaches, back pain, depression, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. We must get enough sleep if we are to remain healthy.
