This project was designed to give you some ideas on how to keep yourself healthy. Understanding how to maintain health is the first step in maintaining your health. In order to achieve this we had to find out what exactly is good for our bodies. We looked at many different methods that people tried to improve their physical and mental health. Finally, we came to some suggestions that would help us remain happier and healthier.

We started off by looking at the different types of food that we eat. Some foods are harmful and some are good for us. We know sugar can cause weight gain and is therefore very harmful. Fruits and veggies, however, are good for our health because they provide vitamins and nutrients that are important for our bodies.

Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. It also makes us feel happy. There are many activities that you can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. Avoid junk food and drink lots water if you want to lose weight.

Finally, we talked about sleep. Sleep is an important thing that we must do each day. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed. This can lead us to many problems, including back pain, depressions, heart disease, diabetes and obesity. If we want to be healthy, we need to get enough sleep.
